Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boostwithai.life and your enrolment in courses offered by Boost With AI Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. About our services
Boost With AI provides vocational training in AI work skills applied to professional earning contexts. We teach practical use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude for client work, productivity, and service delivery. We are a registered training provider — not an investment adviser, not a multi-level marketing organisation, and not a life coaching service. The domain boostwithai.life uses ".life" as branding only.
3. Education and income disclaimer
Our atelier courses teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth through client work, productivity, and professional service delivery. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, or business results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — professional decisions require human judgment. This is vocational training, not investment or financial advice. Past participant outcomes are not indicative of future results.
4. Eligibility
Our courses are intended for adults aged eighteen or older. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete. Corporate enrolments must be authorised by an individual with authority to bind the organisation.
5. Enrolment and payment
Course fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the invoice or checkout terms provided at registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts with reasonable notice and a full refund of fees paid for the affected programme. Indicative price ranges on our website are subject to change; confirmed fees apply at the time of enrolment.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
For live cohort programmes: cancellations more than fourteen days before the start date receive a full refund minus a C$50 administration fee. Cancellations seven to fourteen days before start receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future cohort within twelve months. Cancellations within seven days of start are non-refundable. For self-paced modules: refunds are available within seven days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. Corporate contracts are governed by the specific agreement signed by both parties. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your enrolment details.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, website content, logos, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Boost With AI Inc. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for your own learning during the enrolment period. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without written permission. Capstone folio work you create remains yours; we may request permission to display anonymised examples for promotional purposes.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse our website or systems; submit false or misleading information; harass instructors or other participants; use course access to promote MLM schemes, get-rich-quick programmes, or unrelated commercial offers; scrape or automated-collect website content; or violate applicable laws including Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9. AI tool usage during courses
Participants may use third-party AI tools during exercises. You are responsible for your own tool subscriptions and compliance with each provider's terms of service. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output. You agree to verify all AI-assisted work before submitting it to clients or employers and to disclose AI assistance where ethically or contractually required.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Boost With AI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or courses, including loss of income, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost With AI Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of course materials, your violation of these Terms, or your AI-assisted client work outside the scope of our training relationship.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected].
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy and consent to data handling described therein for enrolment and support purposes.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by Ontario law. If you disagree with revised Terms after enrolment, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused cohort sessions in accordance with our refund policy.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Boost With AI Inc.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, utility outages, pandemic restrictions, or third-party platform failures affecting AI tool demonstrations. Where cohort delivery is materially disrupted, we will offer rescheduled sessions or pro-rata refunds at our discretion in accordance with Ontario consumer protection principles applicable to prepaid services.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be modified minimally to reflect the parties' original intent where possible.
